Where is our meat sourced?


All of our Welsh Lamb, Cheshire Beef and Farm Fed Cheshire Pork are sourced within a 15mile radius. We buy direct from farms therefore by cutting out the middle man we ensure the highest quality product at affordable prices

We select the best local suppliers so our product comes from a traceable source where the animals obtain high welfare standards and a healthy balanced diet.

Why do we hang beef? Meat hanging is a culinary process, used in beef aging, that improves the flavor of meats by allowing the natural enzymes in the meat to break down the tissue through dry aging. The process also allows the water in the meat to evaporate, thus concentrating the flavor. For this reason we like to hang our beef for at least three weeks before serving to the public.

This is why our steaks are so succulent and tasty. These sides weigh around 240lb but they can weigh up to much more. As you can see, the old mans still got it!
